I founded Aftermarket Arbitrage. I source and sell on Amazon myself, and I teach other people to do it alongside their jobs.
Manchester · reselling since 16
I started flipping things at 16, on eBay and in Facebook groups, because I wanted money and had none. That carried on through a job in investment banking, which is the same position most of our members are in now: a full week of work, and reselling in the gaps around it.
In 2020 I left and built Aftermarket Arbitrage. It started as restock alerts. It is now a sourcing operation that reads more than 80 UK retailer sites every day, checks each product against Amazon by barcode, and takes the fees and VAT off before anybody is asked to buy anything.
More than 15,000 people have come through it. I still source, I still sell, and I still take the calls myself. That last part is deliberate: I would rather talk somebody out of this than take a subscription from someone it does not suit.
How I got here
16
First flips
Buying and reselling on eBay and in Facebook groups. No plan and no capital, just working out what something was worth to somebody else.
Then
A job in the City
Investment banking. The reselling carried on around it for years, which is the same shape most of our members are in now.
2020
Aftermarket Arbitrage
Left the job and started the group. It began as restock alerts and became a sourcing operation that reads 80+ UK retailers every day.

Now
15,000 people later
The platform has been through more than 15,000 people. I still source, I still sell, and I still take the calls myself.
What I have built
The sourcing engine
Reads 80+ UK retailer sites continuously, pulls the barcode off each product, matches it to the Amazon listing through Keepa, and prices in the referral fee, the FBA fee and the VAT before anybody sees it. If there is no usable barcode, the product is dropped rather than guessed at.
The deal routing
What survives the numbers goes into tiered Discord channels and a dashboard basket built per member, against the profit and the return each person has set for themselves.
Deal sheets
A verified sheet operation for people who would rather be handed the work than run the sourcing themselves.
The training
Sourcing masterclasses, ungating, and the setup for a limited company, business banking and an Amazon seller account. The point is that you can eventually do this without me.
How I work
Barcode, never titleA product is only matched to an Amazon listing by its barcode. Title matching produces wrong products, and a wrong product costs you money.
Around £500 to startLess than that and there is not enough to buy stock with, so nothing compounds. A thousand is more comfortable.
A 20% return, minimumBelow that, the fees, the returns and the price movements eat the margin.
Targeted, not everythingDeep discounts, clearance ends, yellow stickers and multi-buys. Scanning every shelf in a shop is a waste of an afternoon.
Most of it is not worth buyingThe great majority of what we check fails. Sorting that out is the entire job.

Want to ask me something? Ten minutes, no card, and nothing is sold on the call. If this is not right for your situation I will tell you.
Any figures quoted by members are their own results and are not typical. Nothing here is a guarantee of earnings, and reselling carries the risk of unsold stock.
