Welcome to the Affiliate Referral Scheme of Aftermarket Arbitrage (hereinafter referred to as the “Scheme”).

By participating in the Scheme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully before participating in the Scheme.

1. Participation

To participate in the Scheme, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid account with Aftermarket Arbitrage. You can apply to join the Scheme through our website by completing the application form.

2. Referral Links

Upon acceptance into the Scheme, you will receive a unique referral link which you can use to promote Aftermarket Arbitrage’s products or services. You will earn a commission on each sale made through your referral link.

3. Branding Restrictions

You are prohibited from using our brand name, “Aftermarket Arbitrage,” or any variation of the brand name in your advertising or promotional materials. This includes but is not limited to using the brand name in your domain name, social media handles, or any other online or offline advertising.

4. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from engaging in any activities that violate these Terms or applicable laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to:

(a) Spamming or sending unsolicited emails or messages to promote the Scheme;
(b) Using false or misleading information to promote the Scheme;
(c) Engaging in any illegal or unethical activities to promote the Scheme.

5. Commissions and Payments

You will receive a commission for each sale made through your referral link. All commissions are valued after VAT is applied. The standard commission rates are as follows:
50% of the sign-up fee value for new customers
20% of the recurring monthly value for existing customers
However, please note that these rates may vary depending on the product and are at the complete discretion of Aftermarket Arbitrage. The payment terms will also be specified in your agreement with Aftermarket Arbitrage.

6. Termination

Aftermarket Arbitrage reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Scheme at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or engaging in activities that may harm Aftermarket Arbitrage’s reputation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aftermarket Arbitrage shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your participation in the Scheme, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aftermarket Arbitrage is based.

9. Amendments

Aftermarket Arbitrage reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to these Terms by posting them on our website.
